Who We Are

EcoTech Enterprises LLC is a Castro Valley-based exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial properties throughout the East Bay. We started with pressure washing and have grown into a full-service exterior cleaning company — offering residential and commercial pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof washing, gutter guard installation, and solar panel bird netting across Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, Walnut Creek, Concord, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and the surrounding East Bay.

EcoTech was founded and is led by Vitaliy Velichko, whose hands-on approach and commitment to quality set the standard for how every job is done. What started as a pressure washing operation grew — job by job, referral by referral — into the full-service exterior cleaning company EcoTech is today. That growth reflects one thing more than anything else: customers who were happy enough to call back and to tell their neighbors.

We’re not a national franchise. We’re not a call center that dispatches subcontractors. EcoTech is a local East Bay company with local knowledge, a consistent team, and real accountability to the communities we work in every day.
